As a coach, my approach blends reflective problem-solving practices with a self-care orientation, allowing clients to consciously and thoughtfully make choices and changes that provide them, and the people they lead, maximum benefit.

Why coaching? One-to-one coaching on a regular basis can help leaders navigate the opportunities and challenges that life brings, professionally and personally. In coaching, the client sets the direction for growth and learning, as well as the pace for creating desired change. Regular coaching sessions allow clients to make those critical moves that help them reach desired goals.
