RETREATS
Retreats at Camp Falcon are designed to provide space for intentional interaction, self-reflection, group collaboration, and sharing in the joy of nature.
The unique offering of TEAm Retreats is we focus exclusively on adaptive work — the deeper, relational work that shapes how people understand, communicate, and collaborate. Most teams naturally emphasie technical work (the “doing”) while neglecting the “being.” But really, transformation happens when the relational foundation is strong. By focusing exclusively on adaptive work, we ensure that teams leave not just with new insights but with a renewed sense of connection, trust and alignment — so that when they return to their technical work, they do so from a place of deeper understanding and cohesion.

Camp Falcon Mount Z is 80 acres of Colorado foothills wilderness
wedged between the 300-acre Cathedral Spires Park and the 4000-acre Butterfield Ranch. It is a one-hour drive southwest of Denver and sits at an altitude of 7600 feet just 2 miles from the North Fork of the South Platte River. Cathedral Spires is closed from March through July to protect nesting raptors – our space is named in honor of these majestic birds. The granite landscape hosts diverse plant and animal life including pine, fir and juniper trees, prickly pear cactus, wildflowers, and hummingbirds galore.
A cabin with full kitchen, comfortable indoor gathering space, and a large “party barn” (table games, huge screen, disco ball) complements the outdoor space that includes two hot/cold plunge pools, a barrel sauna, a fire ring,
an A-frame structure, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and multiple areas for relaxation. The Cathedral Spires, giant rock outcroppings, are in full view..
Camp Falcon Mount Z is a member of United Plant Savers’ Botanical Sanctuary Network.

Chalise Kanafani (RiverSoul Tea)
Chalise’s story is one of love, nature, and the quiet magic of human connection. She grew up in the woods and on a river, where the suburbs end and the cornfields begin, and now lives in Denver.
The practice of deep listening, connecting with nature, creating and appreciating beauty, and sharing love and stillness with others, is a natural expression and extension of who Chalise is and has always been.
It is now her sincere and quiet honor, to be able to serve tea to all who come to sit. To be a friend on the path of remembering the importance of slowing down, listening deeply, and holding space for one another. In a world that often rushes by, tea ceremony is a pause and a gentle reminder that, sometimes, the simplest things can be the most profound.
